What is space clearing and when is it appropriate?
Space clearing is a structured environmental and traditional reset for a property that its occupants experience as heavy, unsettled or unwelcoming. We prepare it remotely, as a written plan, and you carry it out.
How it works
It works in two halves. The environmental half is practical: what is removed, what is opened, what is cleaned, what is replaced, what is let go of. The traditional half is a fixed sequence of sound, salt and water worked through the property, ending at the threshold — written out room by room for your building.
What changes
The result is a property its occupants report as easier to be in, and a written protocol for keeping it that way. This is a wellbeing and environmental service. It makes no claim to affect anyone's health.

How it works
- You send — Your floor plan, a photograph of each room, and a written walk-through: where you and the household hesitate, and what the property has been through.
- We read it — Against the sixteen zones, so the heaviest rooms are matched to what they govern.
- Your written plan — Room by room, in order: what to clear first, then sound, then salt and water, ending at the threshold. Nothing ritual happens over a full skip, so the physical clearing always comes first.
- Aftercare — A one-page protocol: what to open, what to keep clear, and what to repeat monthly.

What it costs
Quoted per property, once we know what the building has been through and how much of it needs working on. Often booked alongside a residential Vastu consultation, in which case it is discounted.
