What happens next

We read what you sent. Your plan, your photographs and your note, against the sixteen zones.
Your quote. By email or WhatsApp, usually the same day. If there is no work worth doing, we say so.
A short questionnaire. Once you accept, so the reading is about the way you actually live in the building.
Your written report. Within 3 to 5 working days: every zone, every room, and the correction for each, ordered by impact.

Everything is remote and in writing. There is no visit, no call and no building work.

What to send

Nothing formal. An estate agent’s floor plan is fine, and so is a hand sketch with measurements. Photographs of each main room, taken from the doorway. And the building’s orientation, which you can take yourself with the free Direction Finder — or leave to us.

What we will not do

We will not tell you your home is cursed, recommend demolition to justify a fee, make any medical claim, or sell you an object the plan does not call for. If something you describe sounds clinical, we will say so and suggest you speak to a doctor.
