05 / Personal
A written sequence through the seven centres, built from your intake and yours to keep — a short daily practice you can actually hold to.
Enquire about a practice
What is a chakra balancing practice?
A chakra balancing practice is a written sequence that works through the seven chakra centres in order, using breath, attention, sound and position, built for you from a written intake.
How it works
It works by identifying, from your intake, which centres you report as depleted and which as over-active, then weighting the sequence towards those. It is prepared remotely and sent to you in writing.
What changes
The result is a short home practice, usually ten to fifteen minutes, built around your two weakest centres, with the zone of your home best suited to doing it. This is a wellbeing practice, comparable to guided meditation. It is not medical treatment.
What's included
- A written intake: where you are today, not in general
- Your seven centres read from it, the two weakest named
- A written sequence, root to crown, weighted to those two
- A daily home practice of ten to fifteen minutes
- The zone of your home best suited to the practice
- Delivered in writing within 3 to 5 working days, by email or WhatsApp
- Remote: no session and no call
What it costs
Ask, and you will have a figure back the same day. A single practice and a set of six monthly updates are priced differently, and the set is the better value if you already know you want to keep going.
