Commercial Vastu Remediation
03 / Commercial
Offices, clinics, retail, restaurants and hospitality floors. Zone-aligned around cash flow, leadership, staff wellbeing and the client-facing threshold. Phased so you never close.

What does a commercial Vastu consultant actually change in an office?
A commercial Vastu consultant reassigns which business function sits in which directional zone, then corrects the zones that cannot be reassigned.
How it works
It works by matching function to zone. Finance and cash handling belong in the south-east, the fire quadrant. Leadership and decision-making belong in the south-west, where weight and stability sit. The client-facing threshold belongs in the north or east, where openness and connection sit. Where a function cannot move, the zone is corrected with material, colour, light and weight instead.
What changes
The result is a phased schedule that maps onto a fit-out programme or a live trading week. Most changes happen out of hours. Almost none require a contractor.
Zones that matter most in a commercial floor
| Zone | Function that belongs there | Common failure |
|---|---|---|
| South-east | Finance, accounts, cash handling | Placed in the north-west, where money moves out |
| South-west | Founder, director, decision-making | Leadership seated in a light north-east corner |
| North | Business development, new opportunity | Blocked by storage or heavy fixtures |
| East | Client-facing, reception, meetings | Reception pushed into a dark south quadrant |
| North-west | Stock, dispatch, finished goods, guests | Used for long-term archive that should not move |

What it costs
